Vivesse Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Aspen Pharmacare UK Limited, whose registered office is at One Kingdom Street, 4th floor, Office, 419 420, Paddington Central London W2 6BD (“Aspen”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘the Promoter’ refers to Aspen using the brand Instagram handle @vivesseuk.

Eligibility to Enter

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and only to residents of the United Kingdom. Aspen employees are excluded from the draw.

There is a limit of one entry per person unless the entrant follows the steps for a bonus entry. The prize draw is completely free to enter. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all Instagram entrants.

All entries must be received by 11.55pm on the 9th June 2025. For entries to be valid, participants must complete all criteria outlined by The Promoter on the Instagram handle @vivesseuk.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a Spa Day gift voucher to the value of £1000. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The spa day gift voucher from Spabreaks.com is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Spa days must be booked with one of the named spa partners listed on Spabreaks.com. The use of specific brands as prizes by Aspen does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for the condition or quality of the prize draw prize.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Aspen’s decision on any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via Instagram direct message provided on the 10th June 2025.

Aspen will make one attempt to contact the winner via direct message on Instagram using the handle @vivesseuk.

If the winner does not respond to the direct message informing them of their win within 3 working days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Aspen reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The name, address, post code, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize only.

The winner will allow 14 working days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the prize draw will be used by Aspen for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

The winner’s first name will be announced on Vivesse social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Aspen accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants because of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General

Aspen reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Spabreaks.com.
